Description
SIBB-Zymes™ provides a blend of enzymes usually found in the small intestinal brush border essential for digestion of carbohydrates and proteins. Disaccharide enzymes (lactase, maltase, and sucrase) are supplied together with glucoamylase to assist optimal cleaving of sugars and carbohydrates that if left undigested may affect absorption and microbial fermentation, contributing to a shift in the balance of yeast and bacteria.
Active enzymes peptidase and protease are included with dipeptidyl peptidase IV (DPP-IV) activity, which helps to break down plant and animal proteins such as casein (dairy) and gluten (grains). Also effective in breaking down dietary disaccharides and oligosaccharides, including lactose.
SUGGESTED DOSAGE
Two capsules at the beginning of each meal or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
