Each capsule contains 100 billion probiotic bacteria, to help replenish healthy flora in the digestive tract. It contains 3 probiotic strains, selected to prevent the growth of harmful bacteria and yeasts. It contains Saccharomyces Boulardii which can bind to, and remove toxins where Candida and Clostridium difficile are found in the gut. It is fantastic at regulating bowel motility in those suffering from diarrhoea or loose stools, and has been clinically shown to not only improve the overall microbial environment but also secretary IgA – our first line of defence in the gut. SUGGESTED DOSAGE
Take one capsule, one to two times a day, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Do not swallow capsules with hot drinks as heat kills bacteria.
It is advised that those taking a stronger probiotic start gradually in order to build up a tolerance.
