ReMag liquid magnesium solution by Dr Carolyn Dean is formulated for optimal absorption of magnesium. Magnesium plays a role in 700-800 enzyme systems in the body. One of it’s main roles is to help relax muscles and relieve cramps and muscle soreness. Magnesium also plays a role in energy production and metabolism. It is critical for heart health, is involved in making the brain chemical serotonin (helps with mood), and also ensures healthy bones by regulating calcium absorption and activating Vitamin D from its storage form. It has also shown to be helpful for weight management and insulin sensitivity as cells use glucose more effectively.
ReMag liquid magnesium contains magnesium chloride, a highly absorbable form in the unique picometer size. Due to its unique formulation, Remag can bypass gastric upset where other magnesium supplements fail, without the laxative effect.
SUGGESTED DOSAGE
Do not take undiluted. Place ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) in 4oz water and drink. Or place ½ teaspoon in 1 litre of water and drink throughout the day. For optimum results, take at least two or more servings per day, or as directed by a healthcare professional. May be taken with or without food.
